• Involved in the analysis and development of the textile planning module that allows the creation of production orders and starts the flow of the business. Improving 50% of the time spend in the manual creation of the multisize batches. (Sep - Dec 2013).
• Member of the help desk team for external users of CTS.NET. Attending Yucatan Plant and Merendon Plant 24/7. (Jan-Dec 2014).
• Part of the team for the go live of the Cut and Import Export modules for Merendon Plant (Apr 2014), Yucatan Plant and Mayan Plant (Jun 2014). Remote in Caracol plant. Using Salesforce tool, improving the response time by ticket from 24 hours to 10 hours.
• Part of the implementation team and go live of the module of Textile Planning and Production at the Merendon Plant on the site (Choloma, Honduras). (Jan - Jun 2015). Improving 60% of the time spend in the creation of the multicolor batches.
• Member of the help desk team for external users of CTS.NET. Attending Merendon Plant. (Jul - Dec 2015).
• SQL developer for production reports. (Jan - Jul 2016).
• Main responsibility to convert the production reports from a legacy sku to a new sku for every module of the system.
